Support and facilities to be provided by Dedha India

  • The monthly salary statements shall be prepared by us.
  • Salary slips to all the employees shall be issued separately.
  • Preparation of PF challans and deposit the same amount in the department.
  • Preparation of ESI challans and deposit the same amount in the department.
  • TDS Evaluation and deposit the same in Income Tax Department and issue Form 16 to the employee.
  • Maintaining leave record for all the employees and make information available to them as and when required.
  • Any other Tax/Statutory Compliance which may be applicable in other cities shall be taken care of.
  • Any claims arising out of PF/ESI shall be handled by us with the concerned department.
  • All records pertaining to casual/earned Leaves shall be kept by us.
  • The Bank Accounts for all the Employees shall be opened by us if required in Multinational Bank which can be operated at zero balance and the salary shall be remitted by us individually to their accounts any where in India from our Delhi Office.
  • Any other coverage if required i.e. Life Insurance/Medical Insurance covers can be arranged by us.

Procedure to be follwed & Information Required by us

  • We shall issue appointment letters to all the employees which shall mention the Employment terms along with salary details. 
  • Attendance records shall be maintained by us in manual and computerized form shall be maintained by us.
  • We shall furnish the salary statements after getting all the data from all the sites by 26th of every month along with Invoices which should be cleared by 28th of every month so that the salaries can be paid by 31st of every month. INFORMATION REQUIRED BY US INITIALLY FROM YOUR SIDE In case you want to put any of your present Employees on our Roll. 
  • List of Employees working at each site. 
  • All information regarding PF amounts whether regular or voluntarily should be furnished. 
  • All the relevant information for all the Employees. 
  • Any loans/advances if taken shall be furnished. 
  • Any investments made by them for TDS purposes if being covered under TDS deduction. 
  • All information regarding temporary /permanent workers. 
  • All information regarding Bonus/incentives. 
  • Salary Breakups for all the Employees. 
  • The copy of service book of your Company containing service rules and regulations shall also be furnished.

  • We shall open Bank Salary Accounts for all the Employees which can be operated at zero balance in ICICI with facility of ATM Card and Credit Card If they are eligible, there salaries will be transferred from our Corporate Account to their Accounts directly so they don't have to deposit their cheques in Bank. The same time can be utilized in other productive tasks/areas. 
  • All the information regarding salary details shall be available on our website separately to the Employer and each individual Employee with a separate password issued . This facility will enable both the Employer and the employee to see the status at glance every month with CTC/Takehome, Leave Records, PF, ESI details.
